Congrats!! Keep it up and start light with that strength building. It will come just be patient and don't overdo it.
Says the pot to the kettle! Hah! I am actually pretty excited to start pushing some weight around. I mean seriously, we are not talking about plates here, we are talking 4-6 pound dumbell work! But hey that is 4-6 pounds more than last week!
