Dakota 5.9L R/T super bee rebuild

To the OP- I know it's a lot of work, but have you considered putting all the good stuff on the R/T cab?

That way it would still legally be a "real" R/T.

Re-framing is not for the faint of heart, but labor wise swapping the drive-train is starting to approach the same job.
