I bought the Car
Thank you for everyone who did give me advise, and some not so much. I bought the 1969 Barracuda 340. This car will be a mother and son project. My son is 16. He raced Motocross since he was 10. Unfortunately he had a bad accident July 30,2023 during a race. He was helicopter, air ambulanced to the children's hospital, where we spent 3 weeks. The specialists told us his career is over. He has 2 brain bleeds and a couple fractured vertebrae. So that being said I want to introduce him to the hot rod world. He already has the race blood!! So I'm hoping he will find a new passion within this car.
I will be looking for some help along the way and looking forward to getting to know you all.
We towed the car home.
We did get it running enough to hear it a little. it sounds awesome!
We figured it needs a fuel pump, so got one today.
That's the next step.
I don't answer during the week because im not online much, as i work long days
