D12 is A230 C/S (column shift ?)

H6X is standard black interior and X9 Black velvet exterior
What's in it now you or your son will have to figure out. Its part of the fun.
I spy a later or replacement radiator. Check clearences, if its fitted nicely then it will be no problem. It may have a later engine (waterpump outlet on passenger side).
