My wife worked for Wells Fargo for over 30 years, and soon after she retired she "cashed out" and moved all of her WF accounts to a local CU and never looked back. (Which speaks volumes about the current State of WF, as far as I'm concerned.)
I'm on the CU accounts as well, but simply because I've been doing it since 2006 (and because it's a royal PITA to switch things over), all of our "auto-pay" bills run through US Bank (utilities, mortgage, car payments, etc).
