Ok. That did not pan out as planned! I am stubborn but I get rammy sometimes. This was the wrong time for that. I was freeing up the last valve and, yup, the last one and I broke it. DUMB ***. Yes in capitals! Anyway new valve on the way because this engine isn’t common here being the 218/230 version. So apart comes the front end to be bodyworked and splashed. They are very easy to disassemble. That is a bonus. This truck is so original that the driveshaft is still green and black camo! The frame has paint almost everywhere.
