If you “coop” your birds at night you can use a motion sensor tied to a flood light to illuminate the predator. Then Wa la predator becomes prey! Ask me how I know!
Oh, they were cooped. Dang dog tore into it. I saw the dog’s eyes -9 in one hand, flashlight in the other. Could have shot, but didn’t. Won’t happen again!!
