I am going to attempt wiring in four overhead lights in the third bay of the shop. Not sure if the shoulder is ready for all the overhead work but I am going to make a run at it. Frankly I don’t care if I only do one a day! I already pre wired the switch in and have all the wire pulled to the box’s so literally just have to wire in the lights.
I do a fair amount of that at work. Mostly ballast changes. Can be hell on the shoulders even when your not 'in recovery'. Biggest thing is getting ladder in right position so I don't over reach. Usually figure it out next morning. :BangHead:
