That looks like a really nice finish too me .
I found some helical burrs at work and gave them a try, man they do a great job. Much better than the 10 flute 1/2 inch sliver hogs.

I would probably dress that finish up some with the 3/8 bur and run it on my stuff but I dress it up some for my customers. Many head porters still do a sanding roll finish but I refuse to do that.
