Thanks for responding. I think they would work. Again, I am no authority on these struts but it is my understanding they were common to the 727 and 904 transmission and 273, 318 and 340 if they were the same model year. If you know the ones you have were from a 273 by default they should be 1969 or earlier in which case I think they should be the ones I am looking for.
