Oregon regrind hydraulic roller spring recommendation

What kind of open spring pressure would be needed for a 220/[email protected] .470 lift (1.5 rocker) HR regrind from Oregon Cam? Only spec Ken gave me is no more than 110 seat pressure. This would be on 308 casting head.
