Working out in the winter

Winter is hard, I just can't stand to be cold anymore. I do stretching and balance exercises inside, plus leg lifts and finger tip push ups. It only takes about 30 minutes. I also do intermittent fasting, water only from 9:30pm till 11:30am, since I hit my late 60s. Do you have steps in the house? Just drove to TN and back yesterday to get a Nordic track Pro for my wife. She is tired of her big elliptical exercise machine. My basement is my garage and it is heated and air conditioned. So I can play with my car stuff all year long. My daughter also lives in Pueblo and she walks with a friend most every day before work. You just have to find what works for you and find some way to keep motivated. During decent weather keeping in shape is easy, between working on engine and transmission parts, mowing the lawn with a push mower, swimming, rowing, walking, and bicycling outside I'm good to go.
