While electrical work is tedious, you will be happy to have a trouble free electrical system. I have seen more cars die in the lanes that I have going dow the track. Usually a crank, no start condition involving lots of plastic coated crimp connectors, a MSD Digital 6, MSD Blaster 2 coil or a combination of those things.

The most common mistake I see when terminating solderless connectors is lack of a dialectric grease (Ox-gard, No-ox, etc) and using an incorrect crimper. Lots of races have been DNF because they used the crimper on their hardware store wire stripper.
