How often do you drain your air compressor?

Do you guys give the pressure relief valve a twist now and then.
Tanks shouldnt be blowing-up with a functioning relief valve .

The issue here is a tank exploding due to rust. The relief valve won’t help you if the compromised tank explodes at 95psi and the relief valve has a pop off of 150.
