66/67 Shifter?

1966, 1967 and about half of 68 model years were the "Inland" shifter. Approximately Jan 15, 1968 (this could vary depending on assembly plant) production switched back to Hurst along with the addition of the Rev light mounted on the dash. The console opening dimensions for the shifter handle did not change.
