Classic Auto Air in 67 Barracuda Factory Non AC

Has anyone had trouble installing the factory radio in with the Classic Auto Air box being in the way? The thumbwheel radio on my 68 Barracuda has zero chance of fitting in there.

I'm not that far into it, yet. I also haven't decided what I'm going to do as far as a radio goes.
