Have not seen your posts in awhile but no surprise you are still working on projects without seizing.
I am starting another 318 build to use as valiant propellent. I was way inconsistent with measuring and i learned to NEVER use snap gauges and a micrometer. A bore gauge is the ONLY way to measure an engine.
