It's just a 1/16" thick, 4" cutoff disc from Harbor Freight. You can buy a package of 10 for $6.99

The arbor is a fine thread 3/8" bolt that I cut the head off of and two washers/ two nuts.

I only ended up using one disc to do all the cutting on the mill and used a Dremel to cut the tabs I had purposely left to hold it together.
