Are there instructions or a video out there somewhere to show exactly how to use it? I'm new to the project car scene and cutting my teeth as I go along.
There probably is in a FSM. The tool pushes the seal into the proper depth, then put the wire in place and push again. Make sure the "open" side of the seal faces the oil.
