"Something in the Orange"
I don’t know what it’s called but the area where the door hinges bolt to. I dropped a socket down in there. I spent a couple hours trying to get it out. First I had to extract a large stud that was also in there.
I learned that a magnet, tied to a string that was threaded down from the top and dragged back up was the way to get ‘em out.
found these on the fridge! the hook unscrews so I could use that for weight to get the string down to the bottom, then screw the magnet back on and drag it back up. Voila!
