the added torque allows less gear better street manners less stall
if you going street strip it 11 to 1 250@50 590 lift 280 cfm heads single plane 950 carb step headers 4500 stall 27 or 28 inch tire 4.10s cal tracs nitrous should do nicely gvod and your set
Mine is a 318 with 4.57's and 30" et streets for now.. plan is to take it to 390 and bigger cam after the bugs are worked out and car is roadworthy... Also has a FTI 9.5" converter and FT-2 shift kit.. should be fun for short blasts to work :)
