Your first mopar...?

16th b*day present from my parents in 1984 was this B5 72 Demon. A few months later I drove past a 340 Duster that had the twin scoops. I went up to the house that it was parked in front of and knocked on the door. Some lady answered the door and said it was her boyfriends car and he wasn't home. I told her I'd like to buy the hood, she said no. Then I explained that I was only interested in buying the scoops. She said that would "probably" be ok. I gave her $20 for them and promptly removed them. I don't recall seeing anything on the news about a domestic violence occurrence, but I'm sure her boyfriend lost his temper when he found out.
Pic of installation of the scoops. My buddy, also 16, had a full beard. Guess who never had a problem getting beer...lol
Then the same car painted PlumCrazy a few years later. Had that car 21 years.
And finally my Hemi Orange Demon that I bought 3 years ago after searching for years trying to find my first one.
Hoping to drive the Jack-O-Demon for the first time soon...
