Get on Legendary's email list and you'll get notification of sales. Scroll down the homepage and you'll find the registration. Sales are only held 2-3 times a year, but they're usually a substantial discount, 20-25%.
All I can tell you about ACC is that it's cheaper to buy from Rock Auto than from ACC directly. That's pretty normal for a manufacturer who sells retail to the public to charge a lot more than his wholesale accounts do. It keeps them happy. So shop around!
