Making power out of the 318

Here's the bores available to us, 3.625, 3.91, 4, 4.04 - 4.0625, 4.125, 4.25, 4.34 - 4.03125, 4.1875, 4.25, 4.32 some how 10 places is acceptable but not a close 11th that's 0.90" too far.
