On one hand looking at that picture, it's funny, but on the other hand, feel sorry for that person that's that flabby.
Sure one doesn't want to be that big, in the first place.
I'm sure she didn't wake up one day and said "I want to grow up to be Jabba the hut"
But it would take a lot of calories to build a body like that, and she must have spoonfed herself all of them
