Stop in for a cup of coffee
I was down on the floor doing some stretching this morning, I did that high intensity cardio class Friday. One 20-minute period was running intervals on the treadmill. It'd been a while since I did any running. I do regular weight workouts and walk 18 holes but no running. After that first workout I wasn't worried about the next day, but the day after that, today. Yep, I'm feeling it all good though, I'll stretch it out and walk about 18 holes worth later. I'm going to continue the class (two days a week) love that sort of workout and glad I found it. One of those workouts you'd never do on your own.
