I still got no honking idea what scrapple is but just so ya know Craig I had an egg samich fried in bacon grease, slathered in cheese. Whole wheat toast with butter and mayo of course, gotta be health conscious! Gonna be a long day on the range today and that combo sticks with me! I can wolf a couple of granola bars at lunch and I am good to go till dark.
