In a side note and I did this myself with every drum Summit sent me after the first two they sent were wrong...
Video tape in one continuous video you opening the outer shipping box and then opening the inner boxes showing part numbers and what's inside show all sides of the box to show that it is or is not opened etc.. That way you have proof that YOU are not the drum swapper
