The '72 Chevelle was sold in 2000, after my first wife, who had helped me build it, passed away from breast cancer. It was bought by a fellow down in Trenton, Maine. He removed the small block and the Saginaw 4 speed that was standard in this car and put in a 454 with an automatic and a coilover suspension to handle the extra weight. He has changed it back to a standard transmission. He said he liked the color combination I had chosen some much, he had the painted the same color when it needed to be done. Miss the car and my first wife. Here's pictured when I bought it.
