March 15 - purchase made
March 25 - Seller has 10 days to ship
March 30 - Allow 5 days for shipment
March 31 - eBay allows initial request to be made for them to contact the seller
April 5. Seller has 5 days to respond
April 6 - eBay says I can "Request they step in"
