Oh, day 3 with no sugar in my coffee. I dont mind it, but would that make me grumpy? I havent changed anything else yet so i will wait and see. Doc says lose weight so small steps first. Exercise bike on its way. Should help with my mobility.
Yes it will make you grumpy... Sugar is insanely addictive and when you don't get a fix it makes for a bad day....
Cutting out sugar will be HUGE for losing weight.. cut carbs as much as possible also and you will see weight fall off...
BTW.. for sugar in coffee get "Lankanto gold" it's munkfruit extract which doesn't cause a glucose response, it doesn't taste all chemically like stevia and **** like that.. it's just another natural sweetener and is 1:1 sugar replacement. I order it on amazon in big bags..
