How was that camera angle possible in the top photo???...& I'd do that, as long as it ain't too breezy!!

I'm not sure about this, but look closely at the RH side of the picture. Looks like a crane of some sort to me, so perhaps this was taken during the initial construction, when a similar crane was used on "this side".

But that's just a WAG on my part.
