My best guess is the same problem every company has: So many of the good workers are retiring, etc, and it's difficult to bring in the new crop of workers with any pride, integrity, and accomplished work ethics. I won't even begin to say the changes the company I work for has made to accommodate this new work force. Basically, it's "adapt" or be without a workforce meaning out of business in the future.
