The topless adventures of Cuda Al
Once again back to the engine. By now I have all the parts back from the machine shop and have acquired everything else that I should need. Overall the build went smooth.
It is for the most part a stock build, not going to cover in detail.
First up was to clean all the oil passages with long bristle brushes, WD40 & Brake Clean.
Needed an undersize timing chain.
Timing cover, dampener, water pump, windage tray, oil pump and pickup.
Oil pan
Heads, valve train, intake and bracketry, not seen, 90^ oil adapter.
I was able to locate a good 340 valve cover but the wire tabs needed to be replaced, new ones have been welded on, just need to clean these up and put them on.
