Headers

I kinda think your installation process was rather unconventional to say the least, and I'd really be interested where your crank center is in relation to where it should be, - just saying

Tubes on both headers hit the torsion bars from the inside. I think it is #1 tube that touches the PS box. If it was one side or the other I'd think it was a crooked installation but it was both sides. I literally could not get the torsion bars in without a strap around the headers. Take the strap off, whang, back against the torsion bars.

I installed it on the k-frame so I had no idea until it was all in place. I had hoped they would fit without trouble but never for me. Doesn't matter, it's OK now. I had to buy a TTI Z-bar too but that's expected.

Adding: I doubt it matters but the engine has E-heads.
