Looking for a big block 727 bellcrank to kickdown lever linkage rod like this or similar. Doesn't have to have the same bend in it as shown in the picture but the length needs to be the same as well as the ends where it attaches to the bellcrank and trans. lever.

Hi, I may have one out in the garage. I will check and see today.

Thanks for the reply. It certainly looks similar but I'm not sure if I could squeeze the extra length in there unless I have some extra play on the bellcrank. There is a small amount of wiggle room on the trans. lever but not that much. Hard to say without trying it to see if it fits.

The one u r showing us for a 904 tranny. I should have what u need. What size is the ends? Or more impotent size are the holes on the blank and the kd lever. Kim

I'll measure the holes today and let you know. The rod I show in the picture is from an original set of 67 GTX 440/727 linkage that was removed in favor of a Lokar cable.

Kim,
The rods in your 4th picture look like the type I need as they have the pin (or whatever it is called) on each end that uses a retainer type clip that snaps on to the rod. I measured my bellcrank and trans. lever holes today. They are the same size. I guess they would be considered 1/4" but a 17/64 drill bit will go through them as well.

Pic 4 are 7inches long. Their for 69 up as what u have for linkage. 66/67/68 have the clip on the end to snap onto the bell crank. They are 9 inches long. U will have to drill the hole to the next size on the kd lever. Also will need the right bell crank. I have that also. Kim
