Power steering cap and distributor Gasket

The distributor would ground though the hold down clamp. That "Shim" Is actually a gasket that comes in an engine kit for older Mopar engines before they used the o ring. We still get them in some Kits today. It is metal so the timing could be set without destroying a paper gasket.
