a *good* aluminum radiator is going to cost you dough and might not meet your expectations of what the ideal of the engine compartment should look like.

on the other hand, refurbing your stock rad could be a costly proposition as well. if the tanks are good, i'd shop a recore and see if i could could add a row or two with maybe an updated tube design. and then weigh my options.
....and none of the aluminum radiators I've seen fit as good as the stock factory style. I had an aluminum one in Vixen for a while. I got it cheap in a scratch and dent sale. There was NO WAY it would slide down into the core without the fins hitting the fan blades. It was just a poor fit. I was given a stock three row by a generous friend and it fits like a glove.
