Did the 1979 Lil Red Express come with an air pump?

I know mine doesn't have one I'm the 2nd owner.
All origional
Buried behind 3 other vehicles. I just moved it and a few others about a month ago.
Sorry not for sale waiting till August for Grandson to pick it up
