1966/'69 A100 Twins Build
Heat shrink tubing is great for restoring cables with failing sleeves. Blasted and lubed the shifter cable then wrapped it in heat shrink tubing to restore the sheathing. All the floor rubber seals for cable, rods and pipes restored and installed. All floor peddles and switches cleaned and installed. I cut the handle off the turn signal lever so it could be straightened and chromed. Reinstalled with PC7 epoxy last night so sanded and painted. Heater control bezels painted with white enamel and softy wiped with lacquer thinner (carefully as it will attack the plastic). Done for the day. Just need to go through the wiper and blower motors before installing them.
