A few years back I posted a trick I discovered for painting the black stripe on my 68 Barracuda Grill, trunk trim and console lid.

I completed this about 6-7 years ago and black stripes are still perfect.

Here is is again for anyone who's interested.

These grills and exterior anodized trim can be done by anyone with a bench grinder and a little patience.

I would be glad to provide more info if needed so you can do this yourself.

Here's my grill sections, done at home with no special tools but, a lot of time and patience and, they were the originals and pretty rough after 50+ years, especially the headlight trim bezels.
