Monthly internet connection costs. Question?

Cox Cable TV ( over 200 channels) High Speed Internet $159 a month locked in for another year then who knows. I will cross that bridge when I get there Of those 200 channels I only watch maybe 40% of them . Although we can afford paying the high prices I will be following this closely for ideas.
