1975 Plymouth Scamp

Was parting, did not consider someone would be interested in whole car but it is solid and saveable. $1500 rolling on stock steel wheels and broken sbp rear. $2K with Crown Vic alloys/new Continental radials in pic. Lived most of life in California desert near Palm Springs so not rusty(rotted) at this point, but unsure what may develop, or where due to partial submersion. Roof is solid with no rot but lots of surface rust as seen in pic. If serious, will include good windshield and left fender (also tree damaged).
