Holley VS with electric choke was a good deal. Makes life easier. Start and 10 seconds later pull away like it has efi.

Here in Louisiana too. No choke needed till you need it. You can set it to non frozen choosen setting for those who live in a more normal climate.
To be fair I looked at it and there was not a Hurracane weather setting.
Oh well gotta take the bad with the good
