The 8 1/4 thread

On Chrysler 8.25/Corporate 10 bolt the only Carrier break is 2.45.. any carrier with higher numerical gears whether open or sure grip will fit the larger numerical gears. The housings are all the same across the board... the Dodge 1st gen trucks used a 8.25 10 bolt hybrid axle it they called it a 8 3/8 even though all 8.25 parts swapped. 70s-96.5 is 27 spline axles. 97-mid 2000s is 29 spline axles even the jeep dana 35 is an 8.25 renamed.
