Lol I have the same dents around the bed where the bumper has it them. I got a really bad one on the passenger side corner idk how I'm gonna get it out. It's like folded around itself and you can't access it from the back because of the bracing. I'll figure it out somehow tho. I found a rear bumper a guy is supposed to give me he said it's mint I haven't seen it yet. I had originally planned on doing a roll pan but idk now you made that bumper look really good. It's hard to see in the picture because of all the mud but here is the crease circled

Yeah, the '89 had the same gouges as yours.

Working here outside in the Sunshine State with limited tools. Reached inside the box side from underneath with a 1/2" drive 12" long extension and pounded out the gouges with a 3 lb. hammer.

Got it back close, it had a tear opening it it. Cleaned It up with sand paper and filled it with "Duraglas" waterproof filler from the outside to level it back up.

Available on ebay ^^^ gallons.

Sanded, primed, and painted with aerosol can products from local parts stores.

Going to seal it from the inside underneath with catalyzed black paint.
