360 stalls on deceleration from throttle blip

Because you didn’t NEED all that timing at idle. Most engines don’t.

If you are getting a 30 degree swing in timing (that’s 60 total or is it 15 each way for 30 ??) you need to fix that.

Sometimes running one weak spring will do that. Almost always 2 week springs will make the timing move all over the place.
Most engines with decent compression don't. But them low compression jobbies need all the help they can get.
