G3 in 64 Valiant update

Update.
Sick Summer was a success! We left on Saturday afternoon last week and got home about 6pm last night. Over 1000 miles traveled. A week full of ups and downs a lot of laying underneath the car at night and at the racetrack, but we were able to finish! We ended up finishing second in small block naturally aspirated and 7th out of 17 overall in the naturally aspirated division (I think, LOL) which is a great improvement over the previous year. Update on using superstock Springs minus the two lower leaves with caltracs. it does work however it does end up flattening the springs. This picture is from the beginning of six summer and then I fought it again until the end of the event. I ended up putting the two leafs back on but put the left on the right and the right on the left and I was able to finish the event. ran 10.50 on Monday, 10.88 on Tuesday, 10.75 on Wednesday, 10.71 on Thursday, and 10.55 on Friday. Ended up second in my class. I will call Calvert on Monday to figure out if I need the stock height leafs or a 1 inch lift or 1 inch drop. I probably need to put sliders on while I’m at it. Lesson learned. Time to take a few days off and then get back at it, taking the transmission out to get rebuilt and putting split mono leaf Calvert springs on and fix the lack of cooling issues.
