Odd door mirror

I have been searching for a replacement to the door mirror on my 65 Valiant convertible. I have seen one other like it on a 65 Barracuda but I am not sure if they are an original to any Mopar or if they were an aftermarket? I could order the dual post style but the base on those is much smaller. The paint under the base of this one has been damaged due to the hard plastic seal rubbing away at the paint for longer than I have owned the car. So to hide the damaged paint I would like to find an exact replacement.

Maybe even get a second one to put on the passenger’s side.
