I've always been fasinated by guys that can really do a quality Chop top. Last night I was on YouTube and this thumbnails shows up on the suggestions.

Never seen or heard of Mike Bello's of Bello's Kustoms in San Diego, California, but I sure like this guy. BELLO’S KUSTOMS

So here's a video of a real pro changing a 51 Chevy post car into a hardtop before they start chopping it in the next video.
